We understand your pain
and treat it at the source.
We treat chronic back, neck, joint and nerve pain with image-guided, minimally invasive procedures. For most patients, nucleoplasty, nerve blocks, radiofrequency and migraine treatments avoid surgery and allow going home the same day.
Precise targeting with fluoroscopy and ultrasound
Comfortable procedures without general anaesthesia
Go home without a hospital stay
Treatment measured and tracked by pain score
Not one treatment for every pain.
Treatment aimed at the source.
We first confirm where the pain comes from through examination, imaging and, when needed, a diagnostic block. Then we choose the treatment for that source.

to follow-up.
Your treatment starts with an assessment and moves step by step through diagnosis, procedure and follow-up. At every stage you know in advance what will happen.

Assessment
Pain history, physical exam and a recorded 0–10 pain score.
Diagnosis
MRI and CT review; a diagnostic block to confirm the source when needed.
Procedure
Fluoroscopy- or ultrasound-guided day procedure under local anaesthesia.
Follow-up
Score re-measured, exercise programme, and plan adjusted if needed.
How bad is your pain today?
0 means no pain and 10 the worst pain you can imagine. This is the scale we use during assessment.

procedure.
If you can't find your answer here, call us or send a WhatsApp message.
Are the procedures painful?
The area is numbed with local anaesthetic, with light sedation if needed. Most patients feel only pressure during the procedure.
Will I need to stay in hospital?
No. Most procedures are day cases; after a short observation period you go home the same day. We advise not driving yourself home.
When can I return to work?
Desk work is usually possible within 1–3 days. For heavy physical work, your doctor will set a personal timeline.
